Los Angeles home staging company, Moving Mountains Design, was hired to stage this gorgeous Arcadia home last week.
It's brand new construction, approximately 6,000 sq. ft. with 5 bedroom suites, 5 1/2 bathrooms. We staged the entire downstairs including the entry, living room, family room, dining room, breakfast area, 2 kitchens, pantry, butler's pantry, family room/great room, formal office and downstairs bedroom suite. Upstairs we staged another family room, a second bedroom suite, a wet bar, the Master bedroom and bath.
It took 6 stagers & 2 furniture movers the better part of the day, but we got this beautiful home staged in one day on time and on budget.

Another absolutely gorgeous staging, Michelle. Yes, it was a gorgeous home but now it's beyond spectacular thanks to you! The owners must be thrilled. Oh and your photos - they're incredible.
Kathy
Thanks so much Kathy. Coming from Miss Staging Photography Extrordinaire I'm flattered.
You made these huge rooms feel cozy, Michelle. Not an easy thing to do. Beautiful photos!
Michelle, That's quite a feat that you got that gorgeous home done in one day....did I read that right? Spectacular job to go with the home, I hope it sells very fast!
Michelle, what a great home.... You staged it so that it feels very fresh and airy. Very nice work.
Elegance and style! Stunning entrance with the piano! Fabulous work. I would have love to have assisted on this project.
Wow, wow, wow! It's just a beautiful home now, instead of an empty building. It sure wouldn't bother any of us if you showed us more pictures!
beautiful Michelle! 6 stagers!?! How fun is that! Bet you will be de-staging soon -- hope all 6 come back to help! :-)
Thanks Cathy. I'll be sure to let you know the next time I have a big project. I'd love to work with you.

Karen: Actually, there was me, Tanya Griffin, Beth Lester , 3 assistants - Melissa, Michelle & Michael = 6. I really have a lot of fun when I get to work with other stagers, either on their jobs or when they help me on mine. Tanya and Beth are both really nice people and great stagers. Lucky for me! For destaging I need far less assistance. I'll probably do it with Melissa and either Michelle or Michael.
Be prepared to go back soon, because this one won't be on the market for long...fabulous!
Tomorrow is the first Broker's Caravan open house. I hope you are right, Cindy. That would be awesome. Thanks!
Michelle: I always love your work and this is no exception. Do you have a piano in your inventory? I had a Realtor ask me just last week if I had one - I thought, my goodness, who would have a piano?
Debra: I don't have a piano in my inventory. I rent them from a piano rental company. Most cities that have a symphony orchestra, opera or concert hall (like Salt Lake City) should have a company that rents concert pianos. Pianos are heavy and bulky. I would never consider having a piano in my inventory. My back aches just thinking about it. Glad you like the photos.
Nice work Michelle. Sounds like you had a great team and you clearly had a beautiful property. Hope all is going well.
Thanks David. I have some great assistants and I am always happy to spend a day with fellow stagers. I'm good. You?
Another amazing job!
Why thank you so much, Jo!
Michelle, it's absolutely beautiful! What a HUGE job that must have been. I had a big one last week too but it wasn't as big as yours! :) Beautiful work once again. How fun it must have been to have such a big and talented team.
Sounds like such a fun project Michelle. All the hard work certainly paid off. The staging is beautiful.
