That is a good list. Building and maintaining a site can be overwhelming. Those simple questions can make the job easier.
Joel: Its important to understand what you want and need from your website in order for it to be successful. Having some kind of roadmap is always helps us get where we want to go.

Very true, Valerie. Not only will people not get a clear message of who you are, but they also won't be getting a clear message of your capabilities. If they don't understand what you can do for them, they probably won't be calling you.
