A Real Estate Agent Gets Xtra Real About Home Staging (Video)

A Real Estate Agent Gets Real About Home Staging (Video). In this Xtranormal.com video I created, a real estate agent discusses home staging for an occupied home. The homeowner has staged the home herself after watching home staging programs on television.

I'm not sure why the home owner is carrying around a bottle of champagne. That's one of the joys (and great mysteries) of using XtraNormal text to video.

OMG Michelle - is that a wine bottle in the clients hand..... LMAO!  LOVE IT!

Hi James: That is a champagne bottle. The client is celebrating because her real estate agent recommended me:o) I didn't realize I had picked a party girl for the client until it was too late. Glad you got a laugh.

LOL.... this is hilarious.  Perhaps the bottle of champagne is the reason why her lips have a white spot (bottom right).  Dunno.

OMG I LOVE THIS. You are so creative! You could do one with you giving a presentation to the home owner, overcoming objections. These are awesome.

Shell & Kathy: I'm having fun with it and learning how to maximize it in the meantime.

Thanks, James. Cheers to you too!

Michelle, I went to the XtraNormal site but haven't had a chance to "play" with it yet.  I think you should make the seller with the champagne bottle a recurring character!!!

Kathy S: XtraNormal is a lot of fun once you get the hang of it. The instructions are a little sketchy, so there is a lot of trial and error. I'm enjoying it so much, I created a birthday video for my 17 yr. old twin nieces today.

I'm not sure I can handle too much of the seller character!

Thanks for my giggle of the day! Those characters are too funny. I had a hard time taking my eyes off of the champagne bottle toting seller and the busty REA!

OMG....they are such cute bobble heads!!  The champagne bottle, pears and leopard top say it all about the sellers "Taste"!  Thanks for the giggle!!

Michelle -- This is so great -- I was almost in tears watching the client swing the champagne bottle around...I was just waiting for her to take a big swig out of it at the end!!!

Kathy Alexander: That's real life!

Kathy Burke: Glad I could brighten your day.

Nancy: If I could have figured out how to make her take a swig I would have! Too funny!

This is really cool! A friend just sent me a link to one of these about an agent trying to deal with an unrealistic seller. It's hilarious but also filled with expletives so not all that public friendly!

Russell: They're fun to make (but a little frustrating at the same time). You should give it a try. Thanks!
