I do not blame them for hiring you to do two more units-you do incredible work-this looks so beautiful!

Awesome work as always love how nice the condo flows.  Great job!

Thanks Cathy Lee. The difficult part of this job was striking a balance of effective staging vs. low cost. I think it worked out very well.

Michelle - These condos are lovely.  I love the photo of condo "102" with the pretty orange flowers in the foreground and the living room in the background.  Love the way you've arranged the sofas.  What a great success story.  Congrats!

Sally: Both floorplans had some interesting challenges, but we enjoyed working with this investment team. Thank you.

LKP: This company was great to work with. I'm looking forward to working on more projects with them. Thanks!

In your skilled hands and competent eye Michelle, affordable and effective staging are at your client's finger tips saving them time (on market) and returning their investment (in the best price for the sale) Had another stager come in, I doubt the result would have been the same. I like where you placed the flat screen - it fit perfectly - was that yours or is it a rental prop?

Great job, Michelle. I also noticed the prop TV's and am curious about what type they are. I've done a little research online and wonder what your feedback on these would be. Are they worth the price? Do clients love them?

Thank you Karen & Deena. I own about 30 fake flat screen TVs of different brands, of different styles and made of various materials. Some are vacuform plastic, some are metal & some are metal laminate over wood (which looks the most real) I purchased those when a local furniture chain went out of business. They are very heavy and more difficult to store than the others because of their construction. The vacuform plastic ones are great for hanging on a wall since they are so light.

Deena: My clients appreciate that I can show prospective buyers where they could put their TV (very important for some buyers)
