Last week I was asked to stage this beautiful $6.9M luxury Beverly Hills home. While I stage many high priced luxury homes, its not often I get to stage one that is fully furnished with beautiful furniture but no accessories and artwork.This was an occupied home staging project.
Beverly Hills home staging is in a league by itself. The homes are exceptional and so are the expectations.The home, as I said before, was beautiful, but without accessories, plants and artwork it had no life. Moving Mountains Design added life and excitement by adding appropriately high end accessories and artwork.

Beautiful work, Michelle. It's amazing what "life" accessories bring to the home.
Michelle- isn't it interesting that Staging crosses over all price points. What a difference adding art and accessories makes in a home. I especially love the pop of orange/rust in the pillows and artwork in the media room.
The after pictures definitely show much, much better than the dreary befores - great work Michelle!
Michelle, You really made these beautiful rooms come alive. As illustrated here, the difference the addition of some greenery and color makes is amazing. But it has to be done right... I always enjoy seeing your work.
Michelle, wow, all that money, and they didn't think to invest in artwork. Where did you source your art? Did you rent from an art gallery? As you say, it would have to be high end. Love the "afters".

It's really amazing what the accessories actually do for the space Michelle. Neither furniture nor accessories alone can accomplish this and your photos prove that. I've been doing more of this type of "accessory" staging in occupied homes myself. It's makes a big difference. Great job!
Michelle, Your "after" rooms have so much more life in them! It's hard to believe that people could spend so much money on a house and not spend a little more while they're living there to make it feel like home.
