Last week we staged this Walnut home for a San Gabriel Valley real estate investor.
This house has beautiful landscaping, including a gazebo, koi pond with footbridge leading to the front door and a pool. The outside is eye-catching and enticing. The interior, while very nicely remodeled, needed the help of a experienced professional home stager to show potential home buyers how they could fit their lifestyle into this very comfortable and spacious Walnut home. We have been getting more and more requests for home staging in Walnut, and since this is a real estate flipper and a REALTOR I work with very often, I'm happy to accommodate their request. Looks fantastic.....as usual. LOVE the blue & orange pillows on the Living Room sofa!! GREAT color combo!
wow. what a gorgeous home!
Michelle, this is beautiful staging work, as usual, but I'm especially impressed with your photography. Looks like you've really learned how to best show the home through the lens of a camera. Wonderful!
Kathy: Thank you! I don't often get to use those blue embroidered pillows, but they seemed to work in this home.
David: Thank you, it is a beautiful home.
Patsy: I have a secret weapon...a very nice Nikon wide angle lens, that was worth every penny. Thank you.
What can I say? Love it love it love it!
Looks fabulous Michelle! It's interesting how they have two very similar fireplaces and yet you made both rooms look so completely different with your furniture and decor choices. One is more formal the other more "family" and you can see that right from the photos online, key for getting someone in the door for a real look in person.
Thanks, Jo!
KK: Thank you! Yes, the fireplaces were similar and I had to differentiate the rooms. Good catch:o))
This home has some interesting architecture!! Lovely staging and beautiful bedding in the master. :)
Yes, CL, interesting architecture. Good way to put it :o)) I've had that bedding for some time, but haven't used it because I thought it would be too dark. Pleasant surprise...it photographs beautifully and looks great in person.
I have to agree with Patsy, great photos! The furniture and accessory choices are spot on...well done!
Thanks, Sharon!
Michelle ... Thanks for this post about your staging of the Walnut home, which looks great. I'd be interested to know how you got your Avatar or company name imbedded on the digital photo images. Best wishes.
Nice work, Michelle. However, I was hoping to see some pictures of how you staged the koi pond. LOL
Harrison: I use Photoshop to watermark my photos. You can also use Picknic for watermarking.
Russel: Thanks! The koi pond was prestaged with koi included:o)
