This week we were hired to stage a chic condo located in the Savoy on the edge of Little Tokyo in downtown Los Angeles.
The 735 sq. ft. unit is one bedroom with a surprisingly spacious bathroom and balcony large enough for a table & chairs. When the air is clear there are San Gabriel Mountains views from the balcony. There is a washer/dryer IN THE UNIT! Also included are 2 parking spaces and a storage space.
The Savoy is an awesome complex that feels like an upscale resort hotel. The landscaping and hardscape are truly beautiful. The Savoy is conveniently located near the Los Angeles Civic Center, a Metro train stop, Little Tokyo, Olivera Street, Union Station and several freeways. For more information about this condo, contact Tyrone Hazen, Starpoint Homes, (310) 247-0550 ext. 203 . MLS# 10-480573

Michelle - Absolutely outstanding. Clean, fresh and sophisticated.
I lov ehow your pillows mimic the artwork and your bedding mimics the artwork. Beautiful!!
Nothing less than "sensational"....you really have the opportunity to work on FUN projects!!! And so well earned are these opportunities!!!! GREAT as usual!
Michelle ~ your staging illustrates great color design in this small condo! (I have the same bedding but in a slightly different color palette.)
Thank you Linda!
Cathy Lee: I found the pillows first and then the artwork just jumped out and grabbed me. It was serendipity!!
Thanks, Kathy. I love what I do, and therefore I am able to have fun. And I have fun which makes me love what I do even more.
Maureen: Thank you! I always jump at the opportunity to do something a little different. What color is your bedding?
Fantastic use of the space, and those pillows and artwork look like they are a perfect match!
I love those pillows and love the artwork! Beautifully staged, MIchelle!
Kathy
Cindy: I wasn't looking for pillows or artwork, but they worked so well together I couldn't resist. Thanks.
Thanks, Kathy. I was happy it all turned out so well.
Hey - Michelle - Gimme back my bedding!!! You'll see it in an upcoming Staging...
Seriously, great job. That's the kind of layout that, if left unfurnished, would just look like a dreary shoebox. Kudos to the sellers for Staging. Julie
Julia: My next blog is going to be before and after photos so you can see what a difference a little bit of furniture and color makes.
